« Bonjour, je laisse rarement des avis, mais cette expérience mérite vraiment d’être partagée. Je repère un manteau affiché à 20€. La vendeuse m’indique que c’est une erreur, sans vraiment chercher à proposer une solution. Après une relance, le prix passe soudainement à 90€, avec une réaction agressive lorsque je souligne l’écart. Le ton devient rapidement désagréable, et en quittant la boutique, je reçois même une insulte dans sa langue maternel. Malheureusement pour elle j’ai très bien compris.. Bien qu’elle se soit excusée ensuite, cela reste inacceptable. Expérience très décevante et manque de professionnalisme évident. J’espère que vous aurez à faire à cette vendeuse dans de meilleur jour (s’il est possible) »
