LE PORTRAIT
An address with a clear point of view.
Guerrisol Boulevard de Sébastopol is a thrift store in the truest, most honest sense of the term: a sprawling space with a pleasantly chaotic energy, overflowing racks, and prices that remain reasonable in a neighbourhood where that's not always guaranteed. You come here to hunt for leather jackets, knitwear, denim, and also for the small discoveries — costume jewellery, vintage ties, off-season swimwear, children's clothing. It's not uncommon to unearth a pair of Levi's or a stray Versace label tucked between anonymous hangers. Most items fall between 25 and 30 euros. There are no fitting rooms, so come dressed simply to layer easily. The real insider tip: the weekend flash sales and Black Friday, with discounts advertised up to 80% off.
By subscribing to their newsletter, you'll receive alerts ahead of time — useful when good pieces move quickly. On certain days, the shop offers ultra-accessible prices by category. As YouTuber Elise Lenfant mentions, she found shirts and dresses at 3€ and jackets at 5€ during her visit — "the prices were really fair." She left with, among other things, a small market-style basket for 2€ and a dress with an original print for 3€, proof that value for money can be excellent when you time your visit right. The same creator notes, however, that on Saturdays the shop is very busy and prices may seem less advantageous than during the week — it's better to go on a weekday for a more relaxed browse. Guerrisol also operates an online shop, tested by YouTuber Joséphine who ordered 50€ worth of items and received her package within days (free delivery from that amount) — a practical option for hunters far from Paris or those wanting to avoid the in-store crowds.
